RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Evesukso™ Automotive! We take pride in providing quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our detailed return policy below to understand our guidelines on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility – 14-Day Window

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, with all labels, tags, and protective materials intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected at our discretion.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

2. Defective or Damaged Items – 7-Day Reporting Requirement

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Supporting evidence (e.g., photographs or video) may be required for assessment.

If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

  • Return shipping for defective/damaged items will be covered by Evesukso Automotive.

If you fail to report the issue within 7 days, the item may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are determined as follows:

  • For defective/damaged items: Shipping is covered by Evesukso Automotive.

  • For all other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These may either be:

    • Deducted from the refund amount, or

    • Arranged independently by the customer, with tracking provided.

We are not liable for returns lost in transit without proof of shipment and delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on product page)

  • Digital goods or downloadable files (if applicable)

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

5. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive notification regarding approval or denial.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer refunds via alternative payment methods.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items reported within the 7-day window. For all other scenarios, customers must complete the standard return process and place a new order.

Service Terms & Conditions

These clauses apply to any services rendered by Evesukso Automotive, including but not limited to: custom 3D printing, product design, AV services, fabrication, or consulting.

A. Deposits & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • For smaller services or one-time orders, full payment may be required in advance.

  • If Evesukso Automotive cancels a service, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the client cancels after the deposit is made, the deposit will not be refunded.

Payment deadlines and breakdowns will be clearly communicated in your invoice or contract.

B. Scope of Work & Revisions

  • Services will be rendered according to the scope defined in your invoice, contract, or email agreement.

  • Any additions or modifications requested outside of the agreed scope will require additional charges and timeline adjustments.

  • Minor revisions may be permitted, but repeated changes outside the scope are subject to a fee.

C. Service Refunds

  • Once work has commenced or deliverables have been sent, refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Refunds may be offered only in cases where the deliverables materially deviate from the agreed scope, and only after review.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences does not constitute grounds for refund.

D. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • Evesukso Automotive retains ownership of all intellectual property and designs created during service delivery.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for personal or commercial use as agreed.

  • We reserve the right to use completed work (excluding sensitive information or trade secrets) in our portfolio or marketing.

E. Liability Limitations

Evesukso Automotive is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from misuse, modification, or unauthorized installation of our products.

  • Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., shipping delays, supply shortages, or force majeure events).

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evesukso Automotive from any claims arising from misuse or third-party application of our products or services.
